The JGM Library and Memorabilia exhibit is dedicated to the life and achievements of the late Governor of Negros Occidental, Joseph G. Marañon. He grew up in Sagay and later became Mayor of Sagay City before becoming Governor. His plaques, citations and various awards are on display here, so are his books and other important documents.
