November 24, 2014

Junior Story Tellers Program – Children ages 7 to 12 years old learn how to interpret stories using actions, songs and dance steps. Most of the junior story tellers are members of the Museo Reading Club.

Museo Reading Club

The Museo Sang Bata Sa Negros Reading Club is composed of children ages 6 to 12 years of age, although younger children also attend the read aloud story telling sessions. The reading club members come to the museum every Saturday afternoon for an hour and a half of reading stories to each other.

They also compare stories they have read from the books they borrowed from the museum during the week.
From the regular read aloud sessions, some of the reading club members become Junior interactive story tellers.
